The Fiat 500 is the 1st and most affordable fan favorite fast vehicle. Is it any wonder you see a lot of Fiat 500 cars on the road? This vehicle touts impressive cabin space while maintaining it's diminutive size. It doesn't have the 0-60 time that some of the other featured vehicles, but it makes up for it in price and MPG. The 500 gets 31 MPG City and 40 MPG highway. The bas model featured in the image above is the cheaper Pop model. Coming in a close 2nd price-wise is the Mazda 3 starting MSRP $16,700. It's sporty design and 2.3 liter engine is 2.3 seconds faster than the Fiat in a 0-60 time test. This vehicle while speedy gets a hearty 28 MPG City and 40 MPG highway proving that you can drive a fast car and still save money at the pump. Coming in at number 3 for price is the ever popular Chevy Camaro. This car known for it's speed has been rolling off the assembly line since 1967. While the Camaro doesn't get nearly the gas mileage that the Mazda 3 or Fiat 500 get, but it meets the criteria. It's fast and reasonably priced and is a favorite of our customers. The #4 fast car by price is the Volkswagen GTI MSRP $23,995. The GTI is comparable to the Mazda 3, but comes in over $7000 dollars more for this German engineered vehicle. You'll appreciate a fuel economy of 24 City and 33 Highway. It has a 2 liter engine while the Mazda 3 has a 2.3 liter engine and only has a difference of 1.1 seconds in a 0-60 driving test. The Subaru Impreza Sedan WRX is last, but not least in our list of affordable fast vehicles. It's the most expensive fast car we have listed and comes with a 2.5 liter engine which is not nearly the size as the Camaro with a 6.2 liter engine. Though the engine is smaller it does have an impressive 0-60 speed time of 4.7 seconds falling just short of the Camaro. The Impreza gets 17MPG City and 25MPG Highway.
